Happy Thanksgiving week!
I’m going to take the rest of the week off from the blog because we have family visiting and I want to make the most of their time here with us. But, before I go, I wanted to leave you with a collection of my favorite vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes in case you are still in need of some ideas.
