Superseed Cinnamon Raisin Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the corn flakes, oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds then stir to combine.
  • Next, add the flax meal, cinnamon and sea salt, then pour in agave and coconut oil and stir until ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto the cookie sheet in a uniform layer and then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Once it’s done cooking, remove from the oven and allow to cool for another 30 minutes. Transfer granola to a large bowl then add raisins and stir to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

*Be sure to use certified gluten-free products, if necessary
**Feel free to substitute more of one seed if you don't want to use so many different kinds
