Immune-Boosting Lemon Ginger and Turmeric Cubes
Made with just 3-ingredients, these ice cubes are perfect to prep and have on hand for a healthy morning boost of antioxidants!

- 1 cup lemon juice about 4 lemons
- 10 g fresh ginger peeled (about 4-inches)
- 10 g fresh turmeric peeled (about 4-inches)
- fresh ground black pepper just a pinch! (this helps absorption of the turmeric)
In a high speed blender (or NutriBullet), combine the peeled ginger, turmeric, lemon juice and ground black pepper. Blend on high until most of the ginger and turmeric have been broken down.
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour over a large measuring cup so that any unblended bits are left behind. Pour liquid from the measuring cup into the ice cube tray and freeze for 6-8 hours.
Remove 2-3 cubes from tray and place in a cup with 6-8 ounces of room temperature water. Once melted, stir to combine, and enjoy!
