Healthy Digestion Green Smoothie Packs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1- inch fresh ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice orange juice or dairy-free milk will also work
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Fill a reusable quart-size freezer bag with pineapple, ginger, spinach, hemp seeds and cinnamon. Seal and freeze until ready to serve.
  • When ready to serve, combine contents of freezer bag with yogurt, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Blend on high until smooth, adding more liquid if needed to thin. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes one smoothie pack. Simply multiple the amounts by however many you would like to prep for the week.
