Autumn Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cored and roughly chopped (approx. 1 cup, I used honeycrisp)
  • 2 carrots peeled and roughly chopped (approx. 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed. Serve cold (with more ice, if desired) and enjoy!
