Ingredients

apple
cored and roughly chopped (approx. 1 cup, I used honeycrisp)

carrots
peeled and roughly chopped (approx. 1/2 cup)

teaspoon
chopped fresh ginger
1/2
cup
orange juice
1/4
cup
filtered water

ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed. Serve cold (with more ice, if desired) and enjoy!
