½cupdiced cherry tomatoes
½cupdiced cucumberpeeled and seeded
¼cuppitted and diced Kalamata olives
¼cupcrumbled feta cheeseI used Violife feta to keep it dairy-free
2tablespoonschopped fresh parsley
pita chips, crackers, sliced carrots or bell peppersfor serving
Instructions
Spread the hummus along the bottom of a 6-cup (approximately 8x6-inch) glass dish.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt & pepper. Stir until evenly combined. Transfer the yogurt mixture to the glass dish, layering it on top of the hummus.
On top of the yogurt layer, add the diced tomatoes, cucumber, olives and crumbled feta. Finish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
