Super Berry Pomegranate Smoothie

Made with just 5 ingredients, this smoothie is an antioxidant powerhouse. Each servings packs 10 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup frozen pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup orange juice or sub milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt I use dairy-free Kite Hill
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or sub 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add a bit more liquid to help it blend. If you're using a Vitamix, I recommend using the tamper stick to help it blend easier. This will also reduce the need for added liquid.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
