Mango Turmeric Smoothie

  • Allow the mango cubes to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes then add them to a blender along with 1/2 cup almond milk and 2 scoops turmeric powder. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and smooth down with the back of a spoon. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Defrost at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve cold with fresh mint (optional) and enjoy!

Notes

Nutrition Facts are for 1/8th of recipe made with almond milk. Please note that using coconut milk will result in a higher fat content.
