In a blender, combine the ingredients for the mango layer. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large container, seal and refrigerate.
Rinse the blender out then add the ingredients for the strawberry layer. Blend until smooth. Transfer to another large container, seal, and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, salt the rim of the glasses by sprinkling salt (or sugar) on a plate. Lightly wet the rim of each glass with fresh lime juice then place the rim down onto the plate and gently turn until the rim is fully coated.
Fill each glass with a few ice cubes then fill each glass halfway with mango puree.
Hold a small spoon over each glass (with the bottom of the spoon facing up) then fill the rest of the glass with the strawberry puree. Using a spoon helps to keep the layers from mixing so it looks pretty.
Garnish with fresh lime, serve immediately and enjoy!
