Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size beet peeled (1/2 cup)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Daily Energy
  • 1/2 banana 2 dates, or agave to sweeten
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add sweetener as needed, to taste. Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
