Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Servings: 9 brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 package Grain-free Brownie Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup melted and cooled coconut oil
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the back of the package. After baking, set brownie aside to cool completely.
  • Make frosting by whisking together the powdered sugar and milk and in a small bowl. It will seem very thick and that is what you want. Don't add more milk. Just keep stirring and it will eventually become a smooth, thick icing.
  • Transfer to a bag or silicone bottle (my preferred method) for piping. Cut the brownies into squares then pipe spider webs onto each square. You can either do concentric circles starting from the center or half circles in the corner. Using a toothpick, drag it through the icing in evenly spaced lines to create a web appearance.
