  • 1 cup frozen cherries I like sweet cherries
  • 25 g chocolate protein powder SoTru is my favorite
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
