Blueberry Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup wild blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup diced green apple frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup yogurt I like vanilla almond milk yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice


  • In the bowl of a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, apple, banana, yogurt and orange juice. Blend slowly and use a smoothie wand (or something similar that's blender safe) to scrape down the sides as you blend. You can add a small splash of orange juice as needed to help blend but be careful not to add too much or it will become soupy!
  • Transfer to a bowl for serving and finish with granola and sliced fruit. Serve immediately and enjoy!
