    Dear Sarah,

My name is Elizabeth and I can see that you love cooking and healthy food, just like me! I have a blog about Greek yogurt where I share my favorite recipes, reviews, health facts and more. I was curious to see how other people use greek yogurt for their cooking and came across your blog. Your recipe for “Pistachio Cake with Greek Yogurt & Coconut Icing” caught my attention. It looked so delicious that I had to try it my self. The Pistachios and coconut seems like a match made in heaven. I loved it and so did my husband and kids!

That gave me an idea and this is also the reason why I am writing to you. I thought it would be interesting for your readers to know how to make their own greek yogurt at home. Although there are some great commercial Greek yogurts out there, for a fraction of the cost and some dedication it’s quite easy to make your own greek yogurt, at home! Side bonus: no packaging waste. Sounds like a good deal right?

I made a post about how to make your own greek yogurt at home: http://greekyogurtparadise.com/how-to-make-homemade-greek-yogurt/ I think it would be fun if you would try my recipe and share your experience on your blog. And if you like it please include a link to my homepage and recipe.

Or maybe you want to go for something more straight forward and try my one of my smoothie recipes. We all know Pina colada tastes great, but who would have thought it can also be healthy? http://greekyogurtparadise.com/greek-yogurt-pina-colada-smoothie/

I am curious to know what you think and maybe you also have a recipe for me to try?

Greetings from another GY lover :)

    Elizabeth
